This hospital doesn't seem notable. The only non-primary sources in the article are about a mass shooting that wasn't connected to the organization except for a few of the victims being taken there and notability isn't inherited. I couldn't find anything about it in a WP:BEFORE either. Except some brief mentions in trivial articles about Covid-19. Which most hospitals are getting coverage for right now. What do mean watered down? A list on Wikipedia should be complete as possible given the information available. A redirect to the main organization would dilute that article, wouldn't it? Djflem ( talk) 08:45, 3 September 2020 (UTC) reply
