Keep. This is an outline, not a normal list, see
Wikipedia:Outlines. I don't know why these exist, but they do, and we have a lot of them. This seems to be a decent one (though I'm unsure what they're really supposed to look like) so unless we want to delete every article in
Category:Outlines I'd say keep this.

Keep It aids in navigation, sorting related things in a nice logical manner, so a valid navigational list. But yes, call it an outline article if you wish.

Keep, as noted by others, this is not your everyday article, but a navigational list for this general topic. Perhaps the purpose of these types of articles could be updated, as it stands this needs to stay.
