Keep. Rather than being notable only as a street, this is a historically notable district similar in type to the
Kobe foreign settlement. A search for "Dutch Slope" will probably bring up better sources, and the page could probably be moved there, but it is known by a few other names in English, so maybe that's why it is at a transliteration of the Japanese.
