The result was redirect to State Library of Ohio. A bit early, but it was redirected by the author and consensus seems to be heading that way. Anyone (not just admins) may revert this close if deemed inappropriate. ( non-admin closure) ansh 666 20:15, 24 December 2014 (UTC)

- Delete and place all bluelinked articles into a category if there are enough articles for that. No evidence that the service itself is actually notable. — kikichugirl ? 04:46, 20 December 2014 (UTC)

State Library of Ohio. which mentions it, along with the other Ohio networking schemes, some of which are in fact notable. I don't see the usefulness of a category. Most of this libraries will never be suitable for articles, and what we really need is a list page, "Libraries in Ohio" Whether or not they belong to this network is not the most important thing about them sufficiently to make a category helpful.
