Delete: Really hate to do this hut every reflink is based on her memoir/autobiography. Google search shows nothing, except findagrave, that independently confirms anything. I am not doubting she is a Holocaust survivor with a story to tell but there is nothing I have been able to find aside from the autobiography and sales/reviews at amazon.com. Color me confused. Update: After a long perusal I found this not particularly reliable source which states Nonna Bannister was "a strong Christian", although the narrative (the only one sourced in the article) clearly implies she was Jewish. More confusion. Quis separabit? 15:31, 4 August 2017 (UTC) reply
@ Rms125a@hotmail.com: The Commercial Appeal, a TN news source also has her listed as "non-Jewish." Megalibrarygirl ( talk) 17:29, 17 August 2017 (UTC) reply

  • Keep, as a combo article about the person and the autobiography. This "New York Journal of Books" review and other reviews of the book exist and I think meet notability criteria for a book. The article could/should be edited to replace many separate footnotes by one footnote plus page notes. This is not PR promotional for any purpose, seems like a good reference article. -- do ncr am 18:33, 12 August 2017 (UTC) reply
  • Keep with NYJB books review (I've added it to article) though perhaps move to The Secret Holocaust Diaries to be an article about the book, and trim the overlong summary of the book. Pam D 22:48, 12 August 2017 (UTC) reply
