Esentially this person's notability relies on
WP:ONEEVENT. No need for a lengthe article which risks becoming a POV fork.

Keep: The mass uprising restored democracy to Bangladesh and ended the nearly decade long dictatorship of Ershad. Which makes the mass uprising a significant event. This person was the first to die in the movement to restore democracy. If the event is highly significant, and the individual's role within it is a large one, a separate article is generally appropriate. from

Keep Notable in his own right, evidenced, for example, by the memorial built in his honour.

Merge to
1990 Mass Uprising in Bangladesh. The subject appears to have been one of five people killed that day, so I'm not seeing how he played a pivotal role. Also, because much of the instant article is not about the subject, but about the uprising, there isn't that much that needs to be merged. It could easily be fit into an "Aftermath" section of the target article. Finally, the source given in the article says only that a monument was promised by an individual politician. It's not clear whether it actually did get built.

Redirect as mentioned as he is currently mentioned there and there's nothing else convincing for a separate article.
