As this referendum did not happen, there is no need for an article on it (as effectively the topic now fails
WP:NOTNEWS). I am the article's creator, but could not do a speedy under G7 as it has been edited by several other users. See a
similar AfD from a couple of years ago.

Keep. The referendum isa significant part of the recent politics of the country, especially because it would have involved a very major change in the government. It therefore has historic significance. DGG (

DGG: The suggested constitutional changes can be covered in
Politics of Myanmar, but this article is specifically about the referendum itself, which didn't happen.

Keep. Just because it didn't happen does not mean that the events around it are not notable. The encyclopedic value in this seems to be that a big attempt was made to change the constitution to reduce the power of the military and the military blocked it. Maybe it should be renamed to something like Proposed Myanmar constitutional referendum, 2015 to indicate its failure. ----
