Delete. As always, actors do not pass
WP:NACTOR just by having roles, they pass NACTOR by receiving
reliable source coverage and analysis about their performances in media. But there's no evidence of that being shown here — and while I did find one 15-year-old article about him in his hometown paper by using "actor" as a search key to filter out hits on
his unrelated namesake, one article isn't enough.
