This is a research paper, with thesis and supportive references. This cannot possibly be redone into an encyclopedic article. We could definitely have an article on the history of mexican american women, but this is not it.

Delete - I can't really see a reason why we would need to have an article about this time frame. Certainly an article about Mexican-American women would fly on wikipedia, but I can't see why 1900-1960 is distinct from any other time frame when it comes to this demographic. Perhaps the research done could be used in a more general article about M-A women. I haven't dissected the article, but I worry that it may contain original research as well.

Delete per
WP:TNT. While the topic is probably worthy of inclusion (though I agree that the specific time frame seems unnecessary), this reads like an essay and would need to be entirely rewritten.

Comment -- This is an ESSAY, but it has a lot of citations for what appear to the
WP:RS. Its current tone is not encyclopaedic. Userify, so that the author can try again?
