The bundled deletion discussion got out of hand, so let's try again with the individual units which are clearly not notable. Although it is a combination of SI base units, the quantity it measures (specific relative angular momentum) is obscure enough that whatever notability that quantity has, there's not enough to trickle out to the unit that measures it.
