MOS:DECADE, I maintain that routine local coverage of housing development doesn't mean the individual development is notable, especially when it's within an existing community with an article; better to have a history section in
Madera Acres, California than to suggest a subdivision like the one I grew up in needs its own article.

Delete See my comments on River Road Estates, above. Lots of places had real-estate booms in the 1960s and 1970s; if that's our standard for notability then pretty much every housing development built in those years is notable.
