I don't know much about music, but I don't see that the sources make any of the claims required per
WP:NALBUM to establish the notability of an album.

Keep. I found a couple of (partially-visible) reviews on GBooks (Stereo Review and High Fidelity). Given how big de Paul was in the 70s and the fact that this album spawned a top 10 single, it seems almost certain that enough coverage exists from the time of its release. --
