I do a lot of research into "brief" artforms: music, fiction, film. As a collector of short songs, I find this list quite useful. That said, it does have some inherent problems: What constitutes a song? Should all artists mentioned also have articles in Wikipedia? Shouldn't there be supporting details, such as albums and release dates? As someone mentioned on the discussion page, do spoken word tracks count? (I am personally guilty of adding a few.) If some basic criteria are established, this could be an interesting article, or at least a supporting work to a broader article on brief artforms. I would hate to see it deleted.
