It's poor precedent to AfD featured content which hasn't even been delisted yet. Once the delisting process is complete, please feel free to renominate with NO time delay or prejudice. Per Wikipedia talk:Featured list criteria, AfD seems to be the appropriate forum for 3.b concerns. This was listed at FLRC with concerns that it was a content fork.
