The result was No consensus to delete; strong suggestion to merge. There appears to be a general consensus that the information should remain in Wikipedia, and probably in a form that is merged with
List of massacres in Switzerland. The decisions regarding exactly what that merge will look like is outside the scope of this AfD, and would better be taken to the talk pages of the articles in question.

Strong Keep There's a category error here. The topics, and thus inclusion criteria, are different.
The definition of mass shooting varies, but generally speaking, authoritative sources define it as three or four people shot (killed OR injured) not shot dead. Massacres require four or more dead. I also don't see how the encyclopedia or its users gain by eliminating well-sourced information about shootings with four casualties but not four deaths.
