Weak keep I'm not sure whether this is
WP:OR or not. I think it can definitely be sourced, though - I even have a book in storage about the geography of borders I'll have to take a look at.

Delete per
WP:TNT, with no prejudice against re-creation by someone who is willing to source it. Editors have a right to challenge unsourced material, and the burden is on the person wishing to keep the information to source it. The IP has challenged the entire list, and I support that challenge. Sourcing this list is welcome, but we should not have a massive collection of may-or-may-not-be true statements, possibly OR, sitting in mainspace forever. It will be forever, by the way, because finding a source saying "X established these countries' current borders" for every entry in this list is going to be hundreds if not thousands of hours work, and since we're all volunteers, none of us have that much time. We're just not going to do it. —
