I would suggest a merge into her husband Ant McPartlin's article, unless it can be shown that this Lisa Armstrong is notable enough for an article. I think she is pretty borderline, although she has worked on many notable shows. If the consensus is to keep, I would suggest a page move to Lisa Armstrong (makeup artist) and having this page as a bio for the significantly more notable UK fashion editor/journalist also called Lisa Armstrong (who, from a quick scan/search, seems to have rather a lot more reliable sources on her than the make-up artist).
