Delete. This messes modular arithmetic. Imagine there were leap hours. Then the clock would be a terrible way to imagine congruence. Which is why leap hours don't exist. Therefore, leap days shouldn't either. ~~ JDON my soul (Sticking out your gyatt for the Rizzler) 12:05, 1 April 2024 (UTC) reply
