- Comment Leap days don't happen every four years. They happen every four years except when it's a new century not divisible by 400 (e.g. 2000 is a leap year but 1900 is not). AlphaBeta135 talk 14:16, 1 April 2024 (UTC)

Delete. This messes modular arithmetic. Imagine there were leap hours. Then the clock would be a terrible way to imagine congruence. Which is why leap hours don't exist. Therefore, leap days shouldn't either. ~~ JDON my soul (Sticking out your gyatt for the Rizzler) 12:05, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
