Actually the site of the huge O'Neill wine complex, the successor to the winery mentioned by Durham. It also appears to have been the site of a SP-SF crossover; the SF line is gone, but part has been retained as a spur into the plant. An apartment complex generates a ton of false GHits but I couldn't find anything else except the typical rail-related hits and direct references to the winery.
