Does not meet the notability requirements; WP:NCORP. Sources rely on press releases masquerading as legitimate sources. - Keep It is a notable government organization of Kuwait with coverage in leading national newspapers like Arab News, Kuwait Times, The Peninsula, Arab Times to name a few. The article is updated now with all these sources added. I would request the nominator to withdraw the nomination on the basis of the new sources added to the article. - Keep - I agree with Pondaura, this seems like a notable government agency which should have coverage. For example, the U.S. Department of State covers the subject in some detail https://www.state.gov/reports/2021-investment-climate-statements/kuwait/. - Indefensible ( talk) 15:42, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Leaning towards a keep, on the condition that more sources are found and cited/more detailed depth in order to demonstrate notability. I found another source that might help in relation to the introduction of contactless Apple Pay payments in Kuwait. In addition, regarding the citation to PwC in the article; it's a citation to a multinational professional services firm, and is one of the Big Four accounting firms.
