  • Keep The article as written isn't very good and has some excessively close paraphrasing from one of the sources. However, a brief search shows several more academic sources that could be used to re-write this article. This is basically Zambia's equivalent to Brazil's Favelas, and there is a unique history behind these neighborhoods and how they formed. There is definitely potential here. Maybe I'll get around to working on it in the next few days, but even if I don't, the article being poorly written is not a valid deletion rational.
