  • Delete without prejudice. I couldn't find any sources online other than a few lists that verify the existence of this person. It seems possible that offline sources exist given that this person is most notable for stuff that he did in the mid-20th century, so I wouldn't be opposed if someone recreated with proper sourcing. —  SamX [ talk ·  contribs] 02:44, 15 March 2023 (UTC) reply

@ Paora: Nice work! How'd find the sources? I'd like to be able to do more thorough WP:BEFORE checks and finding really old sources can be difficult. —  SamX [ talk ·  contribs] 13:58, 18 March 2023 (UTC) reply
@ SamX: Old New Zealand newspapers can be searched at the PapersPast website. For the period 1950 to 1979 the only newspaper on the site currently is The Press. For North American newspapers, you can search Newspapers.com and NewspaperARCHIVE.com via The Wikipedia Library. The British Newspaper Archive is also available by application through The Wikipedia Library. Paora ( talk) 21:38, 18 March 2023 (UTC) reply
