Comment: Source 7 is about a person with a similar name, I'm not sure if it's the same person as in this article...

Hello @
Oaktree b, Keith Lam Yan-kit mentioned in
source 7 refers the same person in here. You could also have a look at the
source 3. In Hong Kong, it is common for people to name themselves with their English Given Name (Keith) + Surname (Lam) and to skip the Cantonese Given Name (Yan Kit), for reference:
Hong Kong Name , thank you!

[1]. Article now is more of a list than anything about the person, I don't see notability.

Hello @
Oaktree b, in the book Games and Narrative: Theory and Practice, the work created by Keith Lam (artist) is one of the reference the author used for defining the context of an art practice. However, Lam who won the honorary mention in
Prix Ars Electronica is one of the few artists to be honored with the prize in Hong Kong so should be considered as notable. Reference to the Wikipedia article, it is one of the best known and longest running yearly prizes in the field of electronic and interactive art, computer animation, digital culture and music. Thank you!

Oaktree b To add on, you could also take a look at another local artist in Hong Kong,
Samson Young, reference to
source 4, who is also the receiver in the same awards, thank you!

Comment: South China Morning Post and the Vice article talk about the artist. These interviews

[4]. I'll change my vote, I think we have enough to be notable.

Keep although obviously promotional and resume-like. Per Oaktree b, seems enough here that notability exists.

Comment I removed the over-the-top ref-bombed CV material from the main space. The article is still
WP:PROMO full of art speak malarkey. --
