Delete. I couldn't find anything on Newspapers Extended on either the books or on Estrin himself. No obituary, nothing. The magazines look self-published. Fails

Wait - Even though I’m the editor who started this page back in September 2010, I agree that as the article now stands, it does not meet
WP:BIO or
WP:GNG and it is justifiable to propose deletion if these issues can’t be fixed. I’m going to try to fix these issues in the coming week, if possible. But if after that it is the consensus that the article should face deletion, I’m going to suggest merging this page or redirecting it to
Laura Moriarty (poet and novelist) who was Jerry Estrin’s wife at the time of his death and Moriarty is the executor of Estrin’s estate and thus an important part of Estrin’s legacy and notability. I think a redirect page Estrin~~>to Moriarty is a good faith compromise. Obviously these issues with the Estrin page would need to be cleaned up so an not to move the same housekeeping issues involving
WP:BIO &
WP:GNG over to
Laura Moriarty (poet and novelist) page. -

Yes the Laura Moriarty page has issues, too. But that’s probably an easier fix. Jerry Estrin is a tough one. It’s difficult to establish notability. I’m surprised that he’s kind of fallen off the grid in the last decade. But yes, I may have to follow your suggestion and re-do these as drafts, so we can get additional input and hope they don’t get deleted.
