Lean delete: Obviously does not pass
WP:NPOL, so just basing your !vote off of that is useless. That said, while there is a fair bit of coverage in the Texas press about her death, there is not too much in the way of
WP:SIGCOV to pass her over just being
a person of local interest, meaning this does not appear to be a
WP:GNG pass.

Lean delete There is a bunch of coverage in the Texas Press, both from Austin and in Dallas. The Dallas Morning News had two stories after her death, one of the death and another noting that the Austin City Council was honoring the subject. There also is some mentions (from
Fox News) and others that the subject's death "sparked an outcry" and some homeless shelters were changing their policies in the aftermath of the subject's death. That said, while I can squint to see a
WP:GNG pass, I keep ending up at the same place as Curbon7 and Bearcat in the nomination statement in the first AFD, that this doesn't quite meet
WP:GNG for an international encyclopedia. (Please ping if additional sources are found). --
