The article is entirely unreferenced and written as an essay rather than an encyclopedia entry; furthermore, I do not believe the subject meets our notability guidelines. It was tagged for proposed deletion on May 9; this was reverted by the article's creator the following day:
[1]. I then tagged it for maintenance and tried to engage the editor in their talk page
[2], even suggesting having the article converted to a draft. They have not acknowledged this and kept removing the maintenance tags:

Delete This is not an encyclopedia article but rather a personal essay. This topic is neither notable nor an appropriate subject for an encyclopedia article. There is nothing worth saving here.

Delete I wish we had a speedy for this option but this is 100% absolutely not encyclopedic. This is not a guide for students or anyone else. This could probably also be deleted under G11 at this point... CHRISSYMAD❯❯❯¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 00:33, 14 May 2017 (UTC)reply
Not sure yet. My first reaction was that it was definitely
WP:PROMOTION and hence G11 material, but on a second look it is only the first couple of sentences which refer to UWS. Take them out and I think it is not longer a PROMO. It is actually almost entirely generic after the lead. It still remains a weak, very badly referenced article. There appears to be a gap between
Student life (
everday life of a student),
Student,
Student(s) stress,
University, etc. which this article if properly rewritten (and of course renamed!) might be very useful. It might be more a matter of
WP:TNT though.

Strong delete obvious
WP:PROMO and
WP:GUIDE for a university. An 'information guide for future UWS students' belongs on a UWS webpage, and is not a notable or suitable topic for Wikipedia --

""Delete"" Agree with above opinion, presumably the text for the article has come from the guide the article is supposed to be about, but has no merit on a Wikipedia page
