- There is a definition but https://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20160129052708/http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/guide-method/census/census-2001/data-and-products/data-and-product-catalogue/reports/key-statistics-for-urban-areas-in-england-and-wales/list-of-urban-area-names-and-codes.xls has separate codes for Huntingdon and Godmanchester so using the statistical definition they are separate unless there has been a recent change.
