It seems that the "Populated places without legal recognition" paragraph of GEOLAND notability guideline applies (it is not mentioned in the 2011 census). If so, then the subject requires non-trivial coverage in multiple, independent RS, and when insufficient the more general article (eg Kohima) should include it.
