routine news item, BIO:ONEEVENT. The first woman pilot in the Nigerian Air Force (
Blessing Liman) might possibly be notable, or the first woman officer, but going beyond this into various ranks is getting indiscriminate. DGG (

Keep. The first woman to be promoted to the most senior NCO rank in a service is certainly notable. I don't think there would be any question of keeping her if she served in the air forces of the UK, USA, Canada, etc. --

Delete if the postion is not inhernetly notable we need lots of coverage to show notability, not just hand waving that they are the "first x to do y".

Clear keep -- going through a glass ceiling in a particular profession is a notable event, and in this case the individual is clearly well covered by the press,
