Does not appear to meet notability guidelines. I can't find it in the 2011 census handbooks for either Raebareli or Sultanpur districts (Amethi district was not yet treated seperately for this census, so it would be listed in one of those two instead). I tried both names mentioned in the article ("Garhi Dilawar" or "Behrana") as well as a few possible variations but without success. Searching on GeoNames similarly turned up nothing.
