Article about an organization, created by the organization itself (see creator's username) and referenced exclusively to its own deadlinked primary source content about itself rather than reliable source coverage in media. As always, an organization is not entitled to a Wikipedia article just because it exists; it must be the subject of enough independent coverage to clear WP:ORGDEPTH.
