The article is about a failed effort to attract European Spallation Source to Bilbao. The article is severely out of date (more than 6 years), and is completely unreferenced. I see no point in retaining the article. PK T(alk) 19:49, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
- Delete The European Spallation Source is now under construction in Lund, Sweden. There is no encyclopedic value to retain an unreferenced article about a failed bid to have the project built in Bilbao. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 00:06, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
