This was part of a failed group nomination but for whatever reason I never got back to this it. It's one of a large group of post offices entered as settlements from Durham's place names book, but the most cursory look at maps and aerials shows that it locates to a single farmstead which has gotten larger over the years but which was never anything town-like. - Delete I'm sorry to have missed this one when I was cleaning up California's many non-notable geographic stubs. Clearly not a notable place, just a post office operated out of a farmhouse, failing WP:GEOLAND. All sources are about the post office or the family, not any "settlement". - Ironically, the most in-depth source cited is one of those turn of the 20th century hagiographies that has to be carefully used as a source, and has not been carefully used here. It's about a person, and even says that this is that person's homestead and farm. Uncle G ( talk) 15:34, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
