Delete, as Wikipedia isn't a cookbook. I think this is a mutation of the term "depth charge," which I think is another name for a boilermaker.

Delete Not a neologism, just ignorance. Brian's right. This is a mis-heard version of
depth charge, which has been another term for boilermaker for decades, specifically when the shot glass of whiskey is actually dropped into the beer.
