Actually the "Dandrea Ranch", according to older topo maps, and everything else except GNIS agrees. A geocaching site claims that it burned in a 1972 wildfire; later we got the Dandrea Trail which unsurprisingly goes to the site, and which is likely the source of the GNIS entry. Presently there appears to be a house and barn just north of the site which appear to be being maintained (at least, they have new roofs) but one homestead does not notability make.
