Delete All the coverage are trivial topics or lack depth. Including the new sources provided by PLCO. The last one in particular seems to be a local blog and the article is sponsored by the building development district anyway. So, it's completely not valid as a source. --

Delete topic has accrued coverage, but does not meet
WP:NCORP. Many of the sources cited are routine business announcements, notices of acquisitions, or press releases, all of which NCORP does not consider to confer notability. Also lacking is a credible claim to encyclopedic significance that shows how Coretrust is unique when compared to similar companies.

Keep Sources provided in the article pass
WP:GNG. The references seem correct. They have extensive coverage in media, including LA Times and Fast Company, and own prime properties worth many billions in the US. After carefully reviewing their coverage on Fast Company, I can see this company is doing something unique - the concept of opening up a building for fresh air is what is needed in properties today.

Delete Leaving aside the UPE, not a single reference meets the criteria for establishing notability, all are based on interviews and company announcements/PR. Topic fails GNG/NCORP.
