Hi Power~enwiki. I have recently added an independent Analyst Note (source 3) for additional validation of Collaborator's notability. In addition, please view the "List of tools for code review" article on Wikipedia for an understanding of how Collaborator is the name of the software and SmartBear is the maintainer, therefore, I don't believe that merging the two articles would be beneficial.
