Delete - Her work is not discussed in depth anywhere. No solid sources found. I tried even translating some articles in French that seemed to be related but they weren't.

Keep. I had no problem finding sources. Here's a 2016 review of her second novel, La Porte du secret:
L'Express (2016). Here's a review of some of her artwork (under the pseudonym Soÿ):
Le Point (2014).

Were you able to find anything else? The first source is good, but the second is a single paragraph in a story announcing a new biennial art show. Thanks.

Also note that several of her books have been translated (into German, Italian, etc.)
[1][2]. While not directly satisfying any notability criteria, it's usually a good indication that a book is notable, and an author of multiple notable books is certainly notable.

Keep. By the combination of the reviews above and winning the "Prix du Premier roman de femme", Christel Noir more than satisfies
