Non-notable director with only two films, BEFORE shows no coverage or critical discussion of the person. Could perhaps redirect to "Sparks (film)", his more notable work. While they don't appear in the article, Rotten Tomatoes shows reviews of the film in Village Voice and a few other publications, so it would pass GNG.
