Topos show a spot where a road crosses the Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Potomac railroad, with basically nothing there. Newspapers.com brings up a passing mention about a train wreck occurring near here in 1903 and some passing mentions about a body being found here in 1931. Beyond that, I can get some trivial appearances in USGS directories and a passing mention in a murder novel about someone dumping a body here.
