- Delete. I'd almost be tempted to suggest a no-context speedy delete, but I think the "blocks" of the title are apartment buildings, so there's the faintest inkling of context. BigHaz - Schreit mich an 11:39, 4 July 2017 (UTC)

"Just a table" is not an argument for deletion (there are plenty of standalone lists), but I don't see any evidence that the blocks in Bihar have been discussed as a group (per WP:LISTN).
