If I understand correctly, only one contest, the 2007 Black Sea Games, was ever held. There has been an "expand from" tag for five years, but it appears that that corresponding article only has one source that is not even used in-line. Apart from that, the article is practically just a very long, terribly formatted table/list algamation. This is not a viable or notable topic for Wikipedia..
