Serious WP:CRYSTAL issues here, as the most Gates has done is acquire land without turning over a single shovelful of dirt. Could be recreated in the event of actual construction, but right now it's a press-release palace and not a reality. It's extremely common for failed projects of this type to buy up property and then sell it all off, so I don't count the current coverage as notable even if some of it isn't local (and that latter, from Seattle, is local for him, and is just routine "don't build anything" response mongering anyway).
