Fails WP:RS (no sources at all) and WP:V. The only apparently usable source I could find in a Google search ( To the Bitter End: Paraguay and the War of the Triple Alliance by Chris Leuchars) placed the Battle of Sauce in 1866 — though this could very possibly have been a different battle in the same place. If the current content of the article is all the info there is, I'd recommend finding at least one reliable source and then incorporating the verifiable material into another article dealing with the wider conflict of which this battle was a part.
