Keep. My general belief is that much of the work in this sort of metaheuristic is junk science, but the high citation counts and numbers of hits for this topic in Google Scholar make clear that, regardless of that, it is notable. —

Keep. These algorithms form a large part of the currently growing research in
metaheuristic techniques. It is obvious that the number of self-citations are high but instead of deletion, inspiration should be taken from the
Grey wolf optimizer page and addition of applications of the algorithm under question should be encouraged. Majority of the work lies in applications using these algorithms.--
