- Redirect to Kepala Batas, Penang, which is the district in which this development is located. This news article suggests that the development will have a population of 50,000 by 2025, which would by that time well and truly merit an article. But I'm loathe to trust the news article: despite being in a fairly reputable newspaper by Malaysian standards, it is a real estate press release. Let's call this one a "not now". If and when the development becomes an established locality, and there is significant coverage in reliable sources, the redirect can be reverted.-- Mkativerata ( talk) 20:39, 21 August 2019 (UTC)

- Delete Wikipedia is not a platform for promotion or advertising. This is an advertisement. WP:Notadvertising. No coverage in multiple independent reliable sources fails GNG. Also fails WP:NGEO.
