WP:BLP of a person notable only as "Lord Mayor" of a city where that's a purely ceremonial position that rotates annually among the city councillors. This is not an automatic free pass over NPOL, but the article is "referenced" entirely to one primary source press release on the city's own website and one Q&A interview in the local media in which he's talking about himself in the first person, which is not even close to enough coverage to make him markedly more notable than the norm for a not inherently notable role. Delete local municipal leaders are not automatically notable per WP:NPOL, and there's no evidence after conducting a thorough WP:BEFORE search that this guy is unusually notable for a local elected official. Michepman ( talk) 04:50, 3 December 2019 (UTC) reply
