This is just a dictionary definition, sourced to an online dictionary. Ideally, we'd redirect to Americanophilia, which is what the article ought to be called if we are to have an article about this subject, but since that article doesn't exist I don't see what else to do. Even if it is currently just a dictionary definition at this point, this is a relevant enough topic that deserves its own page. More edits will be made.
