Non-notable small-town newspaper. As much as I hate to delete anything with a history going back to 1883, I can't find any sources which satisfy WP:NMEDIA#Newspapers.2C_magazines_and_journals. I found one book that mentions it, so we at least meet WP:V. I'm actually hoping people are able to find sufficient sources (and would be happy to withdraw this nomination if any surface).
