  • Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for being as yet unelected candidates for mayor, even in New York City — if you cannot demonstrate and properly source that they were already notable enough for an article for other reasons prior to becoming candidates, then they do not become notable enough for an article until they win the election.
